Service is beneficial for your WDC unit to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the unit. Keeping a well serviced unit will increase the productivity of the WDC unit and your business' needs. Service is a key part to preserve the reliability and performance of any power protection equipment. WDC™ is committed to our customers through quality, performance, and service. We have over 130 field technicians all over the nation to provide excellent service.
We offer service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
EXTENDED WARRANTY PLANS An Extended Warranty Plan covers your factory warranty in the event of an unexpected repair. The Extended Warranty option includes parts only. There are warranted on a per year basis. You can also view our plans that will cover a one time preventive maintenance and labor.
SUPPORT PLANS In addition, to the one year product warranty issued at the time of purchase, WDC offers the Power Plan Program. The Power Plan is a service contract that that allows you or your customer to select a plan that is right for them. The Power Plan Programs include 24 hour - technical support, on-site repairs, parts, and all related expenses.

Click here for WDC SERVICE BROCHURE Power Quality Study WDC™ offers a power quality site analysis to report the site's power issues and recommend to the site what type and level of power protection equipment is needed. The survey comes complete with a comprehensive report including: voltage regulation, min.max currents, harmonics, and load and ground characteristics.
A power quality study report assures the correct protection and maximize the protection performance.
